Terms of Service

Engagements are month to month with no long-term contract. Either party may end an agreement with 2 business days' notice.

Territory exclusivity applies to one contractor per city, per trade, for the duration of an active engagement.

On pay-per-appointment engagements we cover ad spend and creative; you are billed only for booked appointments that meet the agreed qualification criteria.

Performance guarantees are described in your signed agreement and supersede any summary on this website.
